W.O. The Autobiography of W.O. Bentley (1958)

WO's first (of several) autobiography. 223 pages. The tale of the railway engineer who became a car dealer, engine designer dueing WW1 and then manufacturer of the most famous British car of the Vintage era - and winner of numerous Le Mans 24 hour races and other events. A colourful character, WO went on to design Lagonda cars in the late 1930s after his company was bought out by Rolls-Royce. There is no jacket but the book is  in good condition .1st edition.
