The last of the Trilogy of MG biased (but not by any means exclusive) Motor Racing Books by Barre Lyndon, ,thee others being Combat and Circuit Dust). This is also the rarest and considered the best. It includes the Monaco GP, Brooklands International Trophy, the Mille Miglia, Tripoli GP , Indy 500, Empire Trophy, Mannin Beg on the Isle of Man, Ards TT ,Pescara GP and more, just as the German teams of Mercedes and Auto Union started to exert domination on the upper echelons of the sport. The book is well read and the cover is extremely worn looking, much of the dark ink having warn away to a grey time. The contents however are very good.264 pages. Superb photos.
