 The History of The British Automobile Racing Club, nee Brooklands.A.R.C.which started as the competition club for the new Cyclecar age, then took ip the running of the famous BROOKLANDS track, the first purpose build motor racing venue in the world and when the track was lost due to wartime uses, it moved to the new GOODWOOD circuit and thrived through the 1950s running events like the RAC TT sports car championship event and numerous F1 races.
