.Concise history of the famous mid-winter motor sport spectacular which was at the time one of the most famous sporting events in the world with enormous media coverage a popular standing. This book appeared just before the famous win by a Mini Cooper . Lots of period photos back to it's pre WW1 origins. Lovely period piece with a colour jacket. This example is very good condition but the top 2-3mm of the jacket has been fairly neatly cut away (to straighten up some raggedness, I imagine).
